About me
My work focuses on distilling images into their most essential forms, reducing complexity to reveal the underlying structures of nature. By stripping away detail, I explore how shape and color alone can evoke place, emotion, and memory. This reduction allows me to examine the tension and harmony between forms, as well as the expressive power of color. Through this process, I aim to create visual spaces that invite quiet reflection and offer a renewed connection to the natural world.
In my formative years, I was drawn to photography, painting, and collage. I have always loved art and the way it shapes how I see the world. I spent many years working as a graphic designer, and now I’m fortunate to have the time and space to return to painting. I’m excited to pick up a brush again—and to share my work with you.
